Rates

We believe Tregear Barns offers high quality accomodation at competitive rates. We do however, occasionally offer discounts and special offers for out of season breaks and longer stays. We also reserve the right to vary prices at any time to remain competitive, so please do contact us to confirm a rate for your stay. The prices below will give you an idea of what to expect. For a better idea, check out the up to date rates published on the AirBnB website and if you are booking directly with us you will pay less as they add booking and service fees.

July & August                                           £950 - £1150/week

November - February                                 £560 - £672/week

To confirm your reservation a separate booking/security deposit of £200 is payable within 5 days. This is repaid immediately following departure on condition of a satisfactory inspection.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit will be refunded up to 4 weeks prior to your stay. 

The full rental payment is then only due 4 weeks prior to arrival and is then non-refundable unless due for example to Covid or a similar situation, we have specified different arrangements in confirming your booking.

Check-in time is usually 5 pm, checking out at 9am. However we can ofte offer earlier check in and later checking out times, depending upon on our cleaning team's schedule. Do please ask. We like to be flexible where we can to meet our guest's needs.
